Springtime Hatchlings (Magenta, Red & Purple Variations)
This is an original handcut linoprint of blackbird chicks in their nest. Taken from sketches and photos of a nest found in my garden in Lancashire, these prints are part of a limited edition of 50 prints that are available in a variety of colours.
This print is one of a limited edition of 50 and measures approximately 10” x 8” (26cm x 19cm) on 250gsm acid free Somerset watermarked paper using Caligo Safewash ink. Each print is hand numbered and signed.
This print is hand carved from a linoleum block, inked by roller and hand pressed on to paper.
As each print is individually handprinted, slight variations may occur between prints however this is part of the character of linoprints.

FRAMING / MOUNTING
This print is sold mounted in a 29.7cm x 42cm (A3 size) Antique White acid free mount. A frame for an A3 sized mounted image would be suitable.
