SHIPPING & SHIPPING COSTS:

To the UK -

Our items are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery which allows you to track your order and change your delivery day via the Royal Mail website.

To the US -

Our items are sent out using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Prints, paintings and handmade textiles products are currently exempt from import tariffs therefore there should be no additional charges to pay other than those specified at checkout. Some of our other products, such as teatowels, are subject to import tariffs and so we are unable to ship those to the US currently.

To Europe & The Rest of The World -

Our items are sent out using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Any additional taxes, customs charges or import duties will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note - we do not accept returns from International customers once items have been despatched.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Usually items are despatched on the same day if ordered before 12pm however we aim to despatch items within 48 hours of ordering and expect UK orders to then take 2-3 days for delivery. As we use Royal Mail Tracked you can track your order once you have received notification that it has been despatched.

International orders can be tracked once despatched but delivery times will vary by destination country.

Christmas Orders -

Final postage day for Christmas 2026 TBC. For local pickup options after this date, please contact us by email.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for UK orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. It must also be returned in the original packaging and packaged carefully. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Tracked.

In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.

Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment within 14 days.
