SHIPPING & SHIPPING COSTS (UK only):

Our items are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery which allows you to track your order and change your delivery day via the Royal Mail website. Royal Mail set their prices to the size of the parcel being sent. Our prices reflect this requirement.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Usually items are dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12pm however we aim to despatch items within 48 hours of ordering and expect UK orders to then take 2-3 days for delivery. As we use Royal Mail Tracked you can track your order once you have received notification that it has been dispatched.

Christmas Orders -

Final postage day for Christmas 2026 TBC. For local pickup options after this date, please contact us by email.

International:

Due to the complex situation currently around additional taxes, customs charges/import duties in various international countries, we have decided to pause sales outside of the UK through the website shop. Please contact me via email if interested in any particular items and individual arrangements may be made.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for UK orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. It must also be returned in the original packaging and packaged carefully. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Tracked.

In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.

Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment within 14 days.
