The heron is painted in watercolours and gouache on an OS (Ordnance Survey) NW English Lakes Map of a section of Thirlmere. The painting is framed between 2 pieces of cut glass and finished with copper foil and 40% lead 60% tin solder. A handmade wooden block made from reclaimed wood provides a stand for the painting.
This painting would make a lovely unique gift and is perfect for a collector.

This painting is presented in a handmade copper foiled glass sandwich frame with a reclaimed wood stand. All frames and reclaimed wooden stands are made by The Badger Sett Studio in Lancashire.
