An original unique painting of harebells (the county flower of Yorkshire) using watercolours, inks, gouache and fine pen line work on a section of a 1:15000 (Landranger) Wensleydale & Wharfedale OS Map mounted between two sheets of glass.

The harebells are hand painted in watercolours and gouache over a pen and pencil sketch on a section of the map covering Horton in Ribblesdale. The painting is framed between 2 pieces of cut glass and finished with copper foil and 40% lead 60% tin solder. Copper rings have been added and British made copper ribbon included for hanging.

This painting would make a lovely unique gift and is perfect for a collector.
