The hare is hand painted in watercolours and gouache over a pen and pencil sketch on a mid 1900s British Railways wagon label. The painting is framed between 2 pieces of cut glass and finished with copper foil and 40% lead 60% tin solder. Copper rings have been added and British made copper ribbon included for hanging.
