Flight
An original handcut and handprinted linoprint of swallows in flight.
Handprinted in black Caligo Safewash ink on lovely thick Somerset 300gsm paper, the print features three detailed swallows soaring in the sky. More swallows interweave in the background in a linear style. Arcing lines bisect the print depicting the movement of the birds. This print measures 9.5” x 9.5” (24cm x 24cm).
Each print is hand signed and titled.
This print is hand carved from a linoleum block, inked by roller and hand pressed on to paper.
As each print is individually handprinted and handpainted, slight variations may occur between prints however this is part of the character of linoprints.
