This is an original handcut and handpainted linoprint of two robins feasting on berries on a wintery night. This is my Christmas print for 2024 and is a limited edition of 30.
Linoprinted initially in black Caligo Safewash ink, the print is decorated with handpainted watercolour details on the robins, leaves and holly berries and finished with metallic gold ink mistletoe berries.
This print measures approximately 8.5”x 9.5” (21cm x 24cm) on 300gsm acid free Snowdon paper.
Each print is hand signed and titled.
This print is hand carved from a linoleum block, inked by roller and hand pressed on to paper.
As each print is individually handprinted and handpainted, slight variations may occur between prints however this is part of the character of linoprints.
